I’m passionate about working with people on the trauma recovery journey, and have been involved in supporting survivors in various ways since 2018.

I am currently registered as a Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) with the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
